Dianna Jones has over 25 years of experience in working with individuals, families, organizations, and communities. She started Positive Pursuits, LLC in 2014 as an independent consultant working with various nonprofit and social businesses and expanded it to include the current Internship program in 2019 to connect Students and Community-based organizations (CBO) to provide services and programs to vulnerable communities.

She has over 10 years of teaching experience in Higher Education and completed Doctorate in Education (EdD) with concentration in Leadership and Development in Learning Organizations. Her most recent work includes working with nonprofits in the DFW to build their business and expand their services through training, internship and staffing. 

In 2020, during the Covid pandemic, Positive Pursuits, LLC became a limited liability company (LLC) with MWBE certification.
